I just thought I'd add a post about the Movie "Be Kind, Rewind" because me and Andrea went to see it the other day and I thought it was fantastic! It was SO laugh out loud funny for ages from the beginning. It did end a little abruptly but it almost made up for that by being so funny. I'd recommend it to anyone! The film is basically about two guys who accidentally erase all the videos in a video store one of them works in, and attempt to remake all the movies to save the store and the building it's in from being demolished. I'm not a huge fan of Jack Black, and can find him a little annoying but in this movie he was just hilarious! A must see :D
A couple of other movies I watched recently were Evan Almighty and The Last Mimzy.
Evan Almighty was good, but not as good as its predecessor Bruce Almighty. That's most likely because Jim Carrey wasn't in it! It's quite funny, end especially good for children. It's not believable but then it is a movie about a man building a HUGE ark almost entirely by himself with a little help from his three sons. The special effects were quite good too.
The Last Mimzy was wayyy more farfetched but it's a kids' fantasy movie so it was right up my street. It's about a genetically engineered toy rabbit, basically, lol. And also a set of 'toys' from the future. I can't really explain it well so you will have to watch it but again, it's fantastic for children, especially the younger age groups, and has the most adorable little girl playing one of the main characters.

Trip to London with Yazz & Andrea! :)
I haven't written properly in here for ages, I keep trying to but I can't ever think of what I want to write!
It's my little Sister Yasmine's birthday on the 10th of this month and I always do something special with her, the last couple of years I've taken her to London and we've made it a sort of thing that we do, so we did it again this year!
A year gone by! The first pic is from last year, the second is from this year :)
Last year I took her to see Avenue Q at the West End (Hilarious! Visit the site HERE! ) and she loved it! So this year I thought I'd take her again and I invited Andrea cos she was gonna be all by herself and I thought it'd be nice with all of us, and it was!
First we got the train from Rochester which takes about 40mins to London Victoria, and we took quite a few random Photos of ourselves as always!
When we got there we went to see if they had any tickets for Wicked(which is in the Apollo Victoria - right by the station) but all they had left were £60 seats and I don't think any of us would pay that!! So we jumped on the tube to Picadilly Circus to check out the ticket touts and see what they had to offer. Most shows were either fully booked or only had really expensive tickets left - or none for a group of three (It's SO hard to find three seats together on a Saturday night!), so after a few minutes trying to decide, the guy in the box office said he had some tickets for the Woman in Black, in the front 2 rows, so we said yeah because Yazz really wanted to see it and Matt mentioned it to me and Andrea so we were up for that.
The show wasn't till 8 so we had some time to kill and went on the tube again to Camden (I love it there!) to check out the markets and stuff, and it was wicked! We went into a shop that I love called Cyberdog which is like a club and a shop with really loud music and insane clothes and makeup! (It was a bit loud in there for Andrea which shocked me!) We also ate the biggest donuts ever...in fact I don't think we stopped eating all day, lol! The tube was hilarious. Andrea freaked out every time someone coughed, and she was sat opposite me and Yaz next to this really funny little oriental lady who kept laughing at nothing! (She's in the pics)
Eventually we arrived at the Theatre (after searching for a while!) and it was really cute and little. We were sat right in the front which was great for £23 each! Me and Yasmine were in row A and Andrea was just behind us in row B which coulda been a problem but it worked out OK. The play was good considering there were only 2 actors (Not including the ghost!) but it really wasn't my sort of thing. It wasn't scary enough, though it did make me jump in a few places, and it would have been much better with more people in it, though the two actors did a great job. Andrea wasn't really into it either, but at least Yasmine loved it! (She loves anything!). So I don't know if I'd recommend it because I'm more into all the musical stuff (I would never have said that 3 years ago!!), although if you fancy a short, quiet play that's a bit reserved and a little bit jumpy then it might be the thing for you.
We did have a fantastic day though and got back home just before midnight. Here are a few more pics from the day! :)

Fun :)
Not that much has happened in the last few days but we did have a fab night out on Saturday!
Me and Andrea went out into Maidstone at about 10 and started off in Society Rooms Wetherspoon to have a couple of cheap drinks but it didn't really work out that way because the bar man was really confusing!
So we ended up paying more than we had to but we got over it. Then we went to Road house where these 2 random weird guys kept trying to dance with us with this glittery Cowboy hat....soooo funny! We'd sat upstairs on the sofa chatting etc for more than an hour so it was good we did some dancing!
After a couple of hours of fun there we went to try to go into Strawberry Moon's but it was too late to get in so we tried to go into the Loft but on the way we ended up in a Pub where they had Karaoke! We realised a few minutes after getting there that it was a gay pub but we loved it! We played a little bit of pool with some randoms (Not very well due to the drunkenness!) and then actually sang Karaoke...oh noooo! Lol. First we sang I'll stand by You and then Valerie (maybe some others in between but I can't remember!) I remember it was really embarrassing though! Especially when other people tried to sing and Andrea got really mad because they couldn't sing in tune...I was trying to explain to her that's the whole point...haha. They can't all be professional singers!
Then after LOTS of crazy dancing from la Andrea around the pub, she sat on a chair with me and we both fell off and ended up on the floor...sooo funny but V embarrassing because everyone in the whole pub was looking at us! (I think they thought we were a couple or something...it being a gay pub) They definitely thought we were funny...lol.
Then Matt (Andrea's fiance) said he was going to pick us up which saved us a taxi fare! We got chips and cheese (bad girls!) and I gave my number to the guy in the kebab shop so I could get them for free, and I thought I gave him the wrong number but I obviously didn't because he keeps calling me! Hahaha.
The joys of alcohol! Have some pics :)
I've been applying for jobs on The Stage all day so I'm gonna go back to that now (Fingers Crossed!)

I miss work!
Just a quick post today because I have to get on with backing up my laptop so I can restore the factory settings (It's been going wrong for AGES!).
Me and Andrea were going to go out to bingo today (Nobody could make the night out we were going to go on), but we were a bit too late so we went for a meal at Old Orleans in Maidstone instead and we both had Mushroom Chicken Mushroom ("So good they named it twice!") and it was really nice and we got crayons and drew all over the disposable tablecloth which was v fun! I love the toilets in there because they have piano-keys on the ceiling randomly!
Anyways I'm getting so bored not working on stage and can't wait to get back into it! Hopefully it will only be a few more weeks before we get back into the swing of things. I hate not doing anything, and I've applied for a few random jobs but I don't wanna get into anything dead-end. I really want to start something with my art (I know I've said this before) because I feel like I'm wasting it by not doing anything. It's just really hard to get into and I can't make any commitments because I want to tour with the band in the summer! Why does everything have to be so difficult?! Oh well, I'm getting a few things sorted at a time.
